The aim of this study was to facilitate comprehensive nursing care for children with Wilms’ tumor by identifying and describing the exact care problems in this patient. To achieve this, we showed the necessary content of the clinical picture of Wilms’ tumor. We described the ideal, theoretical model of Wilms’ tumor patient and a case study. The methods used in this study include interview, observation, shared analysis of medical records, interview questionnaire. To be able to perform complex care a nurse should be aware that it is important to assess not only patient’s physical development but also mental and social development. The paper described the patient’s bio-psycho-social problems which should be of special interest to nurses. Also included are tips on dealing with the emergence of data complexity. However, do not forget that medicine is constantly evolving. It should therefore follow its progress with the hope of discovering the “golden drug” to cure cancer quickly and easily. Use of the information contained in this work will help you and tell you not only how to properly take care of patients with kidney tumors, but also how to deal with other children affected by oncological treatment.
