Transformations in health care result in an increased incidence of medical errors and an increase number of problems associated with them. Nowadays, management of the hospitals and other medical institutions should provide the control system through the procedures and standards in order to minimize the occurrence of medical errors. The benefits of standards for the hospital include accurate and complete identification of workers, patients, equipment, drugs and medical devices for identifying and eliminating errors at different levels. It is necessary to promote basic knowledge of ethics, bioethics, low and ergonomics among medical personnel.
